Owned by former corporate spokesperson and senior executive, Anne Palmer, it is established as a limited liability company. Anne partners with a team of seasoned, talented executives and organizational specialists to provide quality training, coaching and consulting services.
Anne started this company out of her passion for empowering personal growth and development in talented achievers. Drawing on her vast corporate experience as a proven leader, she trains and mentors gifted adults.

Our executive coaching and training engagements provide executives with an internal (self) and external (manager, peers, direct reports, etc.) assessment of their leadership strengths, communication effectiveness and areas for development. Once feedback is gathered via various assessments, we partner with the executive to create a transformational individualized development plan (IDP) to maximize his/her growth and success.
